In Class 1 today, we had a lot of fun! It’s almost the end of the year, which means Christmas and New Year’s Day are really close. We have been making lots of crafts for Christmas and New Year’s Day, and today we finished making our New Year’s cards. We made cool green snakes on our cards for the year of the snake, and decorated them with plenty of stickers and glued paper. After we made our New Year’s cards, we had cooking time. We had delicious Christmas cookies with whipped cream and sprinkles. We had lots of fun putting the sprinkles on and using an animal cracker to top it all off. The cookies were so tasty, but we were still hungry for some lunch. Since today was packed lunch day, we got out our picnic sheets and sat on them instead of at the table. It was a lot of fun eating in a different way and getting to be next to all of our friends. It was a great day, and we had lots of fun. We can’t wait for tomorrow!
