• 2024.07.02Today’s elephant class

  

  Today was the Tanabata craft day for the elephant class. We talked about what Tanabata is and what our friends want to be in the future when they grow up. We also colored some stars using crayons and sticked some colorful circles with our fingers. But we did many other fun things as well. We made a zoo out of LEGO, danced all the dances we know over and over again and we read a new story about a little owl which got lost and couldn’t find its mommy. Let’s have fun next time as well!

• 2024.07.01Today’s elephant class

  

  Tanabata day is coming and all the friends were given homework to think what they want to be in the future. We got many interesting ideas and did some craft to decorate them. Some friends tried using glue with their fingers for the first time. We also did some coloring. We also played many games, such as touching face parts and searching for colors. We became a really good team. Look how we are working together to fold a mat! Let’s have even more fun from now on.

• 2024.06.29Adventure Quest ⑥

  

  朝食は、焼き魚、ごはん、揚げ物、ソーセージ、ミートボール、みそ汁、サラダ。
  少し眠そうなお子さまもいますが、朝ごはんをしっかり食べて、元気をつけました。
  そしていよいよ帰る時間。お部屋にありがとうと言い、みんなで退館式を済ませ、おこばち山荘のスタッフの方にもきちんとお礼をして、出発しました。Adventure Questのスティッカーも無事に5つ集まり、ミッションクリア！楽しい宿泊体験学習は無事に終了しました。
  
  ご家族の方と離れ、友達と先生だけで過ごした一泊二日の宿泊体験は、お子さま達の楽しい思い出、そして「自立」という大きな力につながりました。短い時間でしたが頼もしい姿がたくさん見られ大きく成長したお子さま達です。週末、ゆっくりお家で休んで、また来週元気に幼稚園へ来てくださいね。

• 2024.06.29Adventure Quest ⑤

  

  Good morning！予定の時間よりも早く起きて、がざごそ動いたり、友達と楽しくおしゃべりをしていた年長組。少し早くカーテンを開け、朝の身支度に取り掛かりました。みんな元気です！身支度も自分でしっかり行っています。布団をあげることも、友達と協力して手伝ってくれましたよ！そして、朝の散歩。空気がきれいな自然の中、みんなでお散歩を楽しみました。

• 2024.06.28Adventure Quest ④

  

  夕食を食べてお腹いっぱいになった後は、大研修室で“Special Event”。余市のスペースドームであった“Mr. Astronaut”が出てきて、「宇宙に帰りたいけれども、宇宙船が壊れてしまったから助けてほしい・・・」ということで、みんなでクイズに挑戦しました。スペースに詳しくなった年長組は、どんどんクイズに答えていき、無事に“Mr. Astronaut”を助けることができましたよ。その後は、みんなで温泉に入って、寝る準備をしました。楽しいことがもりだくさんだった、宿泊体験学習一日目。まだまだ寝られていないお子さまもいるようですが、ぐっすり寝て明日も元気に過ごしましょうね！

• 2024.06.28Adventure Quest ③

  

  余市を出発して、ついに小樽の宿泊施設“おこばち山荘”に到着しました！荷物整理を自分達で行い、まずは館内探検。“おこばち山荘”の中には、大研修室（ホール）、博物館、食堂、寝る部屋、そして温泉など、様々な部屋があります。いろいろな部屋を回って期待を高めましたよ。
  そしてその後は、大研修室でゲーム大会をしました！リレーやEnglish gameなど、クラス対抗で大盛り上がり。クラスの団結が見られました。そしてだんだんと日も暮れてきて、待ちに待った、夕食の時間。メニューはハンバーグカレーと野菜です。みんなでおいしくいただきました。

• 2024.06.28Adventure Quest ②

  

  円山公園でたくさん遊んだ後は、余市スペースドームへ行きました。事前の活動として、
  宇宙の惑星を覚えたり、太陽と地球はどちらが大きいかなどの「Space challenge」に挑戦し興味を深めていたお子さま達。「スペースドームチケット」をもって、スペースドームへ行くと、なんと入り口には、“Mr. Astronaut”が待っていました。“Mr. Astronaut”にチケットを渡して、いざスペースドームへ入ると、大きな国際宇宙ステーションやハッブル宇宙望遠鏡を発見！様々な展示物を見たり、3Dシアターを見たりし、終始大興奮のお子さま達でした。「宇宙ってすごいね！」と目をキラキラさせていた年長組です。

• 2024.06.28Adventure Quest ①

  

  今日は年長組の宿泊体験学習。いよいよスタートしました。たくさんのお母さま達に見送られながら元気に出発したお子さま達。バスの中で今日と明日のスケジュールを確認して、楽しいゲームもしながら、まずは高速道路に乗って余市まで行きました。余市円山公園では、「がんばっていってらっしゃい！」とご家庭の気持ちがこもったおいしそうなお弁当を嬉しそうに食べていましたよ。お弁当を食べて元気もりもりになったお子さま達。食後は、北風公園にはないアスレチックに大喜びで、元気いっぱい遊びました。

• 2024.06.27Today’s Class 7

  

  Today in Class 7 we had lots of fun! We started with our swimming lesson. It was fantastic to see everyone full of confidence as we practiced gliding and kicking through the water. We next practiced our hiragana, thinking of example words and writing は　and ほ. We then practiced our English writing, focusing on ‘Magic e’ and the letter ‘i’. We then discussed and got ready for our exciting overnight stay tomorrow on the ‘Adventure Quest!’ Everyone is looking forward to a busy and fun packed event and we cannot wait to see all the Senior children tomorrow! Well done today Class 7.

• 2024.06.26Today’s Class 8

  

  Today in Class 8 we had our ‘Boat Battle’ with the other Senior classes. Everyone’s boat did well and floated on the water. We all had fun cheering each other on and so many friends’ had winning boats. Class 8 won the Boat Battle but all the classes did a great job with their boats! The day went by so fast because everyone had so much fun. Let’s have another fun day tomorrow!
